The State Attorney’s Office today announces the filing of six counts of vehicular homicide in the Jan. 27, 2022, crash on U.S. 441 west of Delray Beach. The defendant is Noah Thomas Galle, 18. Each count is a second-degree felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison.

“Our hearts and prayers go out to the families of the six innocent victims in this tragedy,” said State Attorney Dave Aronberg. “We will seek justice by vigorously prosecuting this case.”
