The Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office maintains a branch office at the North County Courthouse complex located on P.G.A. Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens.  Misdemeanor, criminal traffic and driving under the influence (DUI) arraignments and non-jury trials are conducted weekly at the Palm Beach Gardens Courthouse and the cases are prosecuted by the assigned Assistant State Attorneys at that location.
