The Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office maintains a branch office at the West County Courthouse located in Belle Glade.  Felony, misdemeanor, criminal traffic and driving under the influence (DUI) arraignments are conducted weekly at the West County Courthouse and are staffed by the assigned Assistant State Attorneys at that location. Felony jury trials are transferred to the central courthouse in West Palm Beach for trial.
