The Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office maintains a branch office at the South County Courthouse complex in Delray Beach. Misdemeanor, criminal traffic and driving under the influence (DUI) arraignments are conducted weekly at the South County Courthouse and are staffed by the assigned Assistant State Attorneys at that location.  This office also includes a unit that handles juvenile cases.
