Palm Beach County State Attorney Alexcia Cox announces that Willie Frank Arnold received three life sentences after a jury found him guilty of lewd or lascivious molestation and two counts of sexual battery involving a child.

The evidence at trial showed that Arnold committed the crimes between 2008 and 2013. The victim, a relative, bravely testified about years of repeated abuse.

Following the October 22 verdict, the court declared Arnold a sexual predator.

Assistant State Attorneys Marissa Chiarolanzio and Nicole Corring of our Special Victims Unit prosecuted the case. Detectives with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and Jupiter Police Department conducted the investigation.
