Palm Beach County State Attorney Alexcia Cox announces that a grand jury has indicted two men on three counts of first-degree murder with a firearm in the Dec. 10 shootings at Rock Irish Pub in Lake Worth Beach.

The indictments were issued Thursday for Morey Pinard, 23, and Michael Vititoe, 29, who are now both in custody.

The victims, employees of Old Key Lime House in Lantana, were gathered with a number of their co-workers at Rock Irish Pub when gunfire rang out.

“This unnecessary violence shook our community and sadly took the lives of three innocent people who were celebrating the holidays with their friends,” Cox said. “These indictments are a critical step as we vigorously prosecute this case and seek justice for the victims.”

The indictments for Pinard and Vititoe also include a charge of attempted second degree murder with a firearm in the wounding of a fourth co-worker, as well as other counts.
