The Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office announces that Kendall Eugene has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for child sex crimes involving an 11-year-old victim.

In July, a jury found Eugene, 26, guilty of two counts of lewd or lascivious molestation. These offenses occurred between 2020 and 2021.

On Tuesday, Circuit Judge Sarah Willis declared Eugene a sexual predator and sentenced him to lifetime sexual offender probation in addition to the prison term.

Assistant State Attorneys Amanda McCabe and Marissa Chiarolanzio of our Special Victims Unit prosecuted the case.
