A Palm Beach County jury on Tuesday found a man guilty in a 2020 homicide case, the State Attorney’s Office announces.

DeMario Lords, 23, was convicted of third-degree felony murder with a firearm, after the jury deliberated for less than an hour. The victim was shot to death during a drug deal inside of a parked car.

A sentencing hearing is scheduled on Aug. 27.
