Following a five-day trial, A Palm Beach County jury found Keith Dawkins and Tremayne Williams guilty of first-degree murder with a firearm. Immediately after the verdict Dawkins and Williams were both sentenced to life in prison.

Evidence presented at trial showed that the defendants planned the killing after the victim pulled a gun during a dispute over a dirt bike. The homicide occurred on April 20, 2024, at an apartment complex in suburban West Palm Beach.
