Palm Beach County State Attorney Alexcia Cox announces that two men have been sentenced to decades in prison for possessing hundreds of files of child sexual abuse material:

Steven Friedenthal was sentenced today to 33 years in prison. The court also declared him a sexual offender. Assistant State Attorney Amanda McCabe of our Special Victims Unit prosecuted the case.

Kerri Jamal Ali was sentenced on Oct. 31 to 15 years in prison, to be followed by 10 years of sexual offender probation. Assistant State Attorney Marissa Chiarolanzio of our Special Victims Unit prosecuted the case.

Both defendants pleaded guilty to the court to 30 counts of possess, control or intentionally view sexual performance by a child while in possession of 10 or more images of child pornography.
